Rachelle treats both athletes and non-athletes, emphasizing active rehabilitation and exercise. She is passionate about helping clients recover, reach their movement goals, and prevent injury through proactive care.

- Registered Physiotherapist with Alberta Physiotherapy Association
- IMS/Dry Needling Practitioner
- First Aid/CPR Certified
- 20+ years of personal dance experience
- Level I Dance Teacher Training, Level II Pointe Intensive, Level II Flexibility Intensive
Athletic Journey:
Rachelle began dancing at age 5 and developed a strong appreciation for its blend of artistry and athleticism. She completed her Advanced 1 RAD Ballet and ISTD Modern exams and trained for over 10 years with two Calgary-based dance companies. She still enjoys taking classes!
After sustaining a long-term injury, Rachelle was inspired to pursue physiotherapy to support dancers and athletes in injury prevention and recovery. Her firsthand experience gives her valuable insight into the physical and mental demands of athletics.
Educational Pathway:
Rachelle earned a Bachelor of Health Science from Mount Royal University (2016) and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta (2020). She is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
She has pursued additional training, including On Point Needling (2024), Plinth to Podium (2023), and multiple Perfect Form Physiotherapy courses (2020–2022). She is also IMS/Dry Needling certified.
